•Minor variations in color, design, or packaging may occur due to lighting, manufacturing updates, or display settings.
•Kazmi Autoline is not responsible for such minor variations.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices listed on the website are in PKR and are subject to change without notice.
•We offer Check Before Payment on eligible orders.
•No advance payment is required unless explicitly mentioned.

4. Check Before Pay Policy

• Customers are allowed to open and inspect the parcel before making payment at the time of delivery.
•Customers are strongly advised to record a short video while opening the parcel in front of the courier.
•Any claim regarding defects, missing items, or damage must be supported by an unboxing video.
•Claims made without video proof may not be entertained.
Kazmi Autoline reserves the right to verify all claims before approval.

5. Orders, Delivery & Courier Responsibility

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service.
•Kazmi Autoline is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
•In case of courier mishandling or delivery-related issues, Kazmi Autoline will fully cooperate and support the customer for resolution.

6 Returns & Replacements

• If a product is defective, damaged, or has a size issue due to Kazmi Autoline’s error, a free replacement or refund will be provided.
•Claims must be reported immediately via helpline or WhatsApp support with a short video showing the issue.
•Returns requested after 10 days of delivery will be accepted only if the customer bears the shipping cost.
•Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting delivery and return shipping charges.

7. Warranty Products

• Warranty-covered products are eligible for free repair or replacement as per warranty terms.
•Customers are required to bear shipping expenses only.
•For customers outside Karachi, Kazmi Autoline will handle the repair or replacement process.
•Walk-in warranty claims are also accepted without any issue.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate contact details and delivery information.
•Any issue must be reported promptly to avoid delays in resolution.
•Misuse, improper installation, or damage caused by negligence is not covered under warranty or replacement.

9. Limitation of Liability

•Kazmi Autoline shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
•Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
